SCI Arc has the longest summer vacation of any school that I know of. Summer vacation at SCI Arc starts in April. This year it starts on April 24th. They have summer programs for prospective students and they run thesis and their post professional program through the summer but other than that they do have summer vacation.

California summer all year round.
It seems likely that their extended MArch for non-arch undergrads starts in summer, that's pretty typical.
On the other hand, I know that their thesis ends in summer.
They also run a lot of summer programs I believe.
Which is all to say, yes they do, at least some of the time.
