Task of this competition is forming of central city space, which is to be nucleus of further urbanisation of Saint Prix.

Our solution is to provide urbanistic solution of centre with quality central open public spaces and pedispositions for development of central city funcions and forming quality space for living, comparable with qualities of individual habitation, according to caracter of Saint Prix.

Our Solution is focused on forming central square, which synthesize all elements of urban space, and is center of all public and social activities, around whith public and commercial activities gravitate, and generating urbanization.

Around the square there are residential and commercial blocks. They re positioned so that visually integrate important existing buildings on the site, so that they generate space flow and connectivity of important buildings and facilities from close environment, so that within a location can be separated several space parts, with different degrees of privacy and availability and so that the circulation of vehicles or vehicular integrated vehicular traffic does not interfere with pedestrians who are in the foreground.

Unique physical structure is defined,  of free-standing buildings and fins, dimensioned in relation to the environment, as well as predisposition to the formation of high-quality living space, each positioned and connected in a manner to be read as a city block, as an urban space. Through the interior of the block objects are associated apertured plate above ground and pavilions dedicated to the common needs of the tenants. In addition to the unique physical structure was achieved unique character  common open space in the area of ​​socialization, both at the level of the yard accessible to all, and at the level of the terrace as a common space available housing units oriented to it.
