In this 2300 s.f penthouse apartment (with 1900 s.f of outside spaces) , EDA’s concept is based on creating a continuous, flexible and fluid space, maximizing the views and sunlight. The new cantilevered stair creates a powerful connection between the two levels, while the pristine white kitchen offers a counter-balance. The two bathrooms present a contemporary twist on the theme of the classical marble bathroom, that is often present in upscale Manhattan apartments.
