This project is located on the sector of Santa Bárbara Alta, in Usaquén, next to the carrera 7 and the 114 street that works as an entry to this neighborhood. It has a privileged location because it counts with excellent access roads and complimentary services like the Centros Comerciales Hacienda, Usaquén, banks and many restaurants and cafés.
The place where this project lays is singular because it belongs to two isolated lands with the transversal 1 on the upper part and the transversal 2, and the pedestrian sides. This project wants to wants to propose a scheme that is nice with its environment: upwards a building and downwards houses that speak the same language the traditional neighborhood of Santa Bárbara.
The building counts with a concierge’s flat, an access lobby with bodies of water, two rail pool, Children’s playroom, community hall, gymnasium, an Administration office, a driver’s room, emergency electrical substation, a water tank reserve with pressure to supply equipment and fire, a central boiler and 117 parking lots (91 for residents and 26 for visitors).
Santa Bárbara Alta reunites in two blocks of 28 housings: two towers of seven floors in the eastern bloc, 20 apartments of one or two floors with areas of 290 m2to PH of 690 m2, apartments in loft style where the free space and the integration of the environments flaunt the best design. The apartments are planned in a lineal scheme, the kitchen; the dining room and the living room are facing towards the west, making this place to possess great vitality. Likewise, the bedrooms enjoy the privacy and spaciousness and enjoy the view towards the east. All the spaces count with natural light.
The disposition of the apartments is given in a way where the bedroom area is grouped towards the interior in order to provide more comfort, leaving the social areas in a more separated place isolating the noise from the other apartments. Each apartment has a private elevator and a service elevator with direct access to the kitchen.
In the occidental bloc we find eight (8) town houses with areas 360 m2, these houses have three (3) floors and can be accessed through an intern square of the project to the social space located on the second floor and from there it is divided to the kid’s bedroom on the first floor or the master bedroom on the third floor. These houses have pedestrian access from the basement where the hosts have their respective parking lot.
