Humboldt Lofts

The project is the last piece to be built on a National Historic Site.  Originally the Gold Medal flour milling center, the site remains industrial in material and scale.  The Humboldt Lofts fully restores the five-story 1870s masonry Humboldt Mill and adds a new nine-story building annex containing 37 condominiums, parking and retail space.
