This 1960s post-war building was completely refurbished, remodelled and enlarged by BuckleyGrayYeoman, to create a contemporary 26,000 sq ft office building with extensions at basement, ground, first and roof levels. Innovative silicon fixed flush-faced glazing forms a series of projecting ‘picture frames’ for each floor, integrating building signage, access and servicing. The rear courtyard was transformed by the creation of a double-height glazed atrium and external terraces on the first and fifth floors - all occupied by Conran restaurants.
