Located in the Oakland neighborhood of Jingletown, Artthaus Studios is a recently expanded 120,000 SF catalyst for Bay Area start-ups and small businesses in creative industries. The property has been transformed into sustainable and affordable spaces where a diverse group of artists and creative professionals thrive. The 100-year old building, formerly the site of the Lucasey Manufacturing Company, is now home to over 100 small businesses with a sense of community that is uniquely Oakland.
