These three buildings in the heart of Sarasota's design district complement the area with a combined 65,000-square-foot that will serve as both a living and retail just north of Sarasota's downtown. 

Construction of the building is a mix of masonry walls, steel and concrete columns supporting a two-way flat plate and metal joists.
