Our third project for Santa Fe’s 20-year-old Second Street Brewery was completed in 2009. This project’s hybrid program occupies a 20,000 s.f. renovation to an existing industrial warehouse. The building houses a state of the art 15,000 s.f. brewery with a 20 barrel brewing system and canning line with room for future growth. A 4,000 s.f. taproom and performance space shares the building with the brewery, and has an exterior patio with mountain views.
