This project contains a medical outpatient facility, a clinic and administrative offices. The 16,000 sq.ft. building was designed to meet LEED Gold. Providing a clarity of circulation and program, the building is broken into three functional bars separated by linear landscaped zones and connected by wood-lined ‘bridges’. The resulting courtyards provide moments of visual and psychological respite within a high-energy medical practice, and allow the majority of spaces to have access to natural light, views and ventilation, contributing to a feeling of wellbeing and health.
