The theoretical project is a 4-unit condominium on a hillside property in South Orange County, CA. It also served as a basis for studying the ADA. A central entertainment courtyard separates two building masses. It includes a reflecting pond and waterfall. It serves as an aural 'point in space'; the sound drawing people toward the sound.
