My involvement began on this project in 1999. Located on a hillside with difficult Hillside Ordinances, we were able comply with them. My role progressed from Design Development through Construction Documents with some Construction Administration. On weekends, I would visit the jobsite (outside the fence) as construction progressed. The project was manually drawn. After Certificate Of Occupancy and my learning Revit Software, I decided to model the project. In addition, I taught myself how to generate topography in Revit via the surveyor's .dwg file and with the Architects approval. Lastly, I developed a way of generating a Height Limit Envelope using the software
