The Guoco Tower is a part of Tanjong Pagar Center, the newest tallest building of Singapore right in the Central Business District. The challenge is to create a Prime Grade A office, providing the best working environment for all staff members with design classics and elegant accents.
The design team offers the spacious office of 1700sqm the blue palette color, which delivers a feeling of tranquility and peace, it also does a great job in brightening your mood. The design of these spaces is simple and elegant, featuring glass walls, wooden flooring and rectangular area rugs defining the coworking spaces. The cool in tone of wood makes the space look fresh, light, airy and goes beautifully with the blue walls. Nothing too matchy-matchy, but still a sense of overall style that holds the place together.
The focal point of attention is cityscape murals inspired by the wealthy city-state in which the building is locatced. It is an eye-catching way to decorate an office, help dramatically change the look and feel of the space.
The place consists a kitchen area, giving an easy access to beverages and reinforcing its casual, hospitality-driven approach to client service. FVA succeeded in making the most of the coworking space by balancing between open spaces and private places, dedicated spaces for both collaborative and focused work.
