The business centre in the China World Trade Centre (CWTC), Beijing is in one of the most prestigious buildings in Beijing, in the middle of the central business area. Situated in CWTC Tower III, this ultra tall landmark building has 74 floors. Most of the building is taken up with offices but there is also a five-star hotel on the upper floors and retail units on the lower floors. The central business district, which is a hub for both business and culture, is home to several multinational companies working in finance, insurance, trade, telecoms and IT. The business centre is situated on the 15th floor, which there are excellent views over the city. The building's location beside East Changan Avenue is convenient for access to Tiananmen Square's government offices and to the Forbidden City, the historical home of China's emperors which is now a World Heritage Site.
