Overall criterion is to create a new urban area with unique and novel solutions for living space, public space, and diverse types of service. Investors also promote an ecological sustainability for its development. It will be a green, urban and environmentally friendly area, hoping to attract different types of customers. Van Minh - Ocean Bank urban ecological zone’s plan was inspired from interference and combination
among basic factors and freedom in a unified overlay. It is a combination of functional areas, the interference between units in public service area, the connection between the work in the walking hallway, trees and water. The highlight of the architectural concept is to renovate Dong Mo into a river, combine it with the Van Minh - Ocean Bank urban ecological zone to form a consortium with beauty of
planning, architecture as well as landscapes. The building blocks in the areas are designed to give the feel as they are part of the river and are connected together in a unity as a living organism. The goal of the design team was to create a green, connected, luxury and sustainable development city while applying the solution of ecological architecture.
