Total floor area: 61,097sq.ft.. The project is in process of acquiring LEED certification (post-construction). An innovative renewable energy system had been developed to meet specific climatic condition of Kathmandu valley. Combination of EAT (Earth Air Tunnel) and Solar Air Heating System is designed for heating and cooling of the building. Other renewable energy features like solar water heating system, solar photo voltaic cells and wind turbine are used in the project. Similarly, sustainability features like rainwater harvesting, waste water recycling and electrical vehicle charging facilities are also incorporated.
