The proposed "Sipradi Building" is Corporate Office Building and TATA Vehicle Showroom. The Total floor area is 62,503 sq.ft including double basement & attic floor. The building has been registered for LEED certification. The Consultant's aim is to achieve platinum rated Certification. The structure of the building is designed in strict geometrical form in order to achieve better earthquake resistance. The top most sloped roof is designed to accommodate solar electricity generating system (30 kW) and solar room heating system (60 kW of heat energy). EAT system is designed for cooling of about 80% spaces of the building during summer and it will produce preheated air for solar air heating panels during winter. Roof garden cum yoga platform is designed below the slope roof. Emergency exit staircase is allocated at west façade (front façade) of the building. This particular staircase acts as barrier to solar heat entering into the building at summer. Other features like rain water harvesting and waste water treatment system has been incorporated in the design of the project.
