4Blok is located on the site of the former Tesla complex in the residential district of Vršovice. The mass of the building is based on the local block development and is connected to the surrounding buildings. The building rises with the terrain and graduates to the tall Business Centrum Kodaňská building. The building's surroundings are planted with greenery and trees. On the ground floor of the building, commercial units are facing Vršovická Avenue and on the corner of Altajská and Kavkazská Street. The courtyard contains a garden with a birch
grove, a relaxation zone, and a children's playground. The large roof terraces are
grassed, and the building is designed to appear to be interspersed with greenery. The block contains 210 residential units in three masses with four entrances and three levels of underground garages. Window ornament and sophisticated balconies provide ample glare. The facades have muted neutral colors, and the entrances are accented with four complementary colors for easy orientation.
