Located in Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine, this academic project is a residential complex consisting of three residential towers, indoor parking, office, retail and mechanical areas. The complex is shaped in a way that provides scenic views of the river to the greatest number of residential units. Artificial watercourse which begins with a fountain at the backside recreational area runs between the main residential tower and parking garage visually connecting the complex with the riverside. The silhouette is completed with a boat-shaped restaurant protruding into the river.
