Green Home 2025 sq.ft. is a single-family residence with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, office, living room with vaulted ceiling, 2 car garage and smart arrangement of all of the above. Every major room has plenty of natural light and good cross ventilation. Green Home is one of the several single-family houses to be built in Richton Park, IL that I’ve designed in collaboration with NewGrange Development. The main focus here is on building sustainable homes worth of LEED Gold certification, generating extremely efficient planning and naturally making the project economically attractive.
