Green Ranch 1,900 sq.ft. is a single-family ADA accessible residence with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, office, living room with vaulted ceiling, 2 car garage and smart arrangement of all of the above. Every major room has plenty of natural light and good cross ventilation. Green Ranch 1900 is one of the several single-family houses to be built in Richton Park, IL that I’ve designed in collaboration with NewGrange Development.
