The main idea of this project was to empower the best visuals from the interior and outdoor living areas of this dwelling towards the sea. This was one of the main requirements from the client. It was also required more or less control of sunlight to the house in summers and winters respectively .
The residence was projected on two levels, with an area of 300m2 on a large sloping site.
The Ground Floor is an open plan living area where are Kitchen, Dining, Family room, formal Living. These sector of this dwelling in in in direct contact with two outdoor living areas, one indoor and one partially covered, thereby creating two alternative areas according to the weather conditions and season of the year. These alternative sites are directly interconnected with outdoor-Interior and visuals that were a major factor from the beginning required by the client.
At the top level, there are 3 double bedrooms, one toilet, one bathroom and Master Bedroom. The latter is separated by a small bridge and void thereby creating greater privacy with the three double bedrooms.
