La Casa Caffe + Wines was a big challenge to suit all the requirements that this Café-Restaurant needed. The shape of space is 5,6m width, 37,5m deep x 4,6m high  and just glass on the front.

The Idea was to create a big area on the front of the house with 70 seats close to counter and Kitchen. A meeting room for 8 to 10 people , was localized between kitchen and Toilets through a long hall way Art-Gallery.

White has been chosen for furniture, walls and timber slabs open ceiling. The white colour selected was to create more amplitude and more spacious ambient in this contemporary café- Restaurant.

The criterion of choosing white colour was to enhance other colours and generate a lot of mobility by the daily changing colours. The White works well promoting all the food products located in the disply cabinets, glass door fridges, selves and counter. On other hand, white as a primary colour creates a spece with a lot of colourful mobility. These others colours come from custormers, staff, food. coffee, wines and painting on the walls.
