The house  a big flexible open plan with two livings areas, 4 bedrooms plus a Master bedroom - en suite, walk in wardrobe, a big rumpus connected directly with 4- kids bedrooms; on the top level there is also a huge Office- Studio connected directly with the main Entry. The Residential  has a total area of 508 m2.

Daniel Casas, Register Architect from Argentina, NZIA, ADNZ memberships of Casas Design+, say that was a big challenge to suit all the requirements of the client, because there should be a strong relationship between the house and the outdoor living areas and with the different social, recreational and sporting activities; besides he should also achieve the maximum penetration of natural light including direct sunlight all day, very important in New Zealand.
