The main objective of this project was to locate the residence in the highest area of the site. Thus, it may intensify the visual, sun and privacy of this house.
In this proposal has been created two blocks. The main block is an open plan sector where are the formal living room, family room, dinning room and kitchen. This block is faced to North.
On the other hand, “the bedrooms block” is located in the West-South area of this residential with one master bedroom on suite and 2 double bedrooms. This sector of the house is not only protected of high winds but also has more privacy and sun. Furthermore, the studio, laundry and a double garage are in this block as well.
The outdoor living and future swimming pool join both blocks.
