Managed the design and construction administration of 30,000 sf of loft-style offices and call center in Manhattan’s West Village for Boo.com, a sports apparel retail Web site. High-end finishes and furniture systems were selected.  Careful attention was paid to the layout and coordination of exposed mechanical systems.  Freestanding conference rooms with glass walls having open vertical joints that served as air returns were located throughout to separate different open office functions. Custom pocket door systems were designed and detailed to separate day office functions from the 24-hour call center area.
