Cable Head Partners is a partner company with a large developer and is responsible for design and production of construction documents for new and proposed projects. The entire CD package for a project is produced at Cable Head and reviewed by their structural and MEP consultants.

Downtown NYC firm founded in 1977; specialized in fabric tensile structures. Projects completed include Darien Lake (NY) Amphitheatre (37,000 square feet with 6,000 seats), AT&T Global Olympic Village (mobile), Fulton County (GA) Shade Structure, Lakewood (CO) Heritage Band Shell, and the Bronx Zoo Aviary. Aviary project covered 30,000 square feet incorporating metal mesh over hyperbolic tube frames. Corporate interiors work included the Gates Foundation's International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI) 16,000 SF downtown space and 10,000 square feet for the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey-funded retailer boo.com. Developed project concepts, client presentations, final construction plans, and schematic design through construction docs. Incorporated NYC building code compliance, PME systems, and building management requirements. Prepared bid packages and bid reviews. Provided construction administration and closeout.
