The Bel Air

The Bel Air is a 431-unit luxury development located in the vibrant Montrose / Museum District of Houston.  Units ranging in size from 720 – 1,700 sf.

Reshaping the Allen Parkway buildingscape, the Bel Air is inspired by the grand resort hotels of the early 1900s, with Mediterranean influences. This architecture and era evoke an image of "casual elegance" that blends well with the Southern influences of a coastal city such as Houston.

A European-style motor court announces the ceremonial entrance and establishes an “old world” sense of arrival and timeless quality. Attention to detail and elegance carry into the lobby, state-of-the-art community amenities and nine large exterior courtyards, each emanating a different theme.  The four-story structure, constructed upon a podium-parking deck surrounds these courtyards.  The parking deck offers elevator access to interior corridors. An expansive, linear
resort style pool serves as a focal point.

The Bel Air includes spacious living units in a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans, granite countertops, tile flooring in bathrooms and kitchens, washer and dryer in each unit, luxurious master suites with separate shower and tub, fitness center with cardio theatre, and resort style swimming pool on an expansive palm fringed deck area.
