Our proposal is a loop for delight. We are inspired by the previous research of the nature characteristic of East River and the surrounded local unwanted programs. We take the main educational parts as an implicit, self - defined experience of water. 

We proposed a loop bounding education programs, ecological strategies, infrastructure improvement together. Meanwhile, the loop creates different beautiful experiential relationship between water and light, water and land and in-land existing urban fabric with a bike connected system.
