First International Finance Center (FIFC) is a 14 floor office tower located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex. The 657,000 SFT office tower began construction in 2009.
AWA Lighting Designers was hired to provide the lighting design for all public spaces, landscape, and exterior facades.
Our lighting design intent was to focus the visual energy on the sites architectural features, use sustainable lighting technologies where we could, and create a new visual beacon for Mumbai. The lighting design intent was to create interactions with multiple scales. Creating an iconic building for the city of Mumbai at night, being a visual beacon for the neighborhood and interacting with the visitors once they entered the site.
