Located in downtown Phoenix.  Genuine Concepts commissioned AV3 design studio to design an adaptive reuse of thet historic Cavness House into a neighborhood restaurant and bar.   The setting, an authentic California bungalow with garden courtyard, within the historic Roosevelt South district just outside downtown Phoenix.  The Vig Fillmore serves the entire community and is primarily accessible by walking and biking.   Our goal was to maintain as much of the existing home as possible and still provide the functions of a full service restaurant with a capacity to serve 300 customers.  A success story on how a vibrant restaurant and bar can be built within a historic home in a traditional neighborhood.
