Riot Hospitality hired AV3 design studio was commissioned for architect and interior design for Gilbert Dierks Benley Whiskey Row. Whiskey Row is an country and western bar inspired by Arizona roots of country artist Dierks Bentley. This lively restaurant is known for its quality food, live music and festive evening line dancing. Set within Gilbert's heritage district, this restaurants provides a lively street scene. The building was inspired by Gilbert's agricultural roots and by traditional grain warehouses that are typical in the American west. Inside and out, the essense of "americana" is presented in an a contemporary and authentic way utilizing natural daylight, materials and simple and traditional construction methods. A large covered patio includes a stage, dance floor, bar, games and lounge area.
