AV3 design studio was hired to remodel and expand an existing restaurant in the Sunnyslope neighborhood of Phoenix.  Ladera is an authentic Mexican restaurant set into a private hacienda courtyard with expansive shaded canopy. Inspired by the old world Mexican hacienda's with wood coffer ceilings, steel iron gates, brick paving,  eclectic tile and vintage gold candelabra accents.  The lush courtyard is elegantly shaded, illuminated and eclectically furnished.
