New series of single-family housing for the Weinland Park neighborhood in Columbus, Ohio. There are four types of homes designed for this project. Each home is taking on different amenities and site conditions. My responsibility for this project began with working on the schematic design phase. I was also responsible for coordinating with consultants during the design development phase. Then getting the project the ready for the construction document phase.
