The architectural concept of the building was formed gradually, in the process of overcoming the tasks of observing one or another norm governing the construction of kindergartens.
The remaining territory from the building site was not enough to provide each group with a walking area, so some of them are located on exploited roofs. All this determined the recognizable appearance of the building – both wings have projections similar to the decks of a ship. The end-to-end design of the verandas on the ground and on the roof with a play environment in the form of toy houses connected the main building and the surrounding area into a single complex - the town.
Thus, restrictions – both territorial and legislative – served as an additional incentive for creative discoveries.
