The village is located on the territory of the former holiday home named afterChekhov, adjacent to the Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo estate. The picturesque forest terrain has given rise to many types of houses, forming a mythological "village" around the "manor house".
The western part of the village is divided into 27 plots with an area of 30-67 acres. Many of the houses are located on picturesque hills. The northeastern part of the village includes 14 plots ranging from 18 to 44 acres. The southern side of the sector adjoins an ancient manor house, from which natural terraces descend. The northern part of the village includes 26 plots ranging from 20 to 52 acres. Several houses in this sector stand on the "Cape of Love" washed by Malaya Istra, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

Grand piano. The central part of the village, adjacent to the manor territory, is divided into 11 plots with an area of 30-32 acres. There is a private park with gazebos and a children's playground. The highways are located outside the sector, but have individual entrances to each house – thereby providing the residents of the Royal with peace and quiet.

Tsarskoye Selo. The western part of the village is divided into 27 plots with an area of 30-67 acres. Many of the houses are located on picturesque hills - uneven terrain with small height differences allows you to implement the most interesting architectural projects. There are several park areas with playgrounds in Tsarskoye Selo.

Rubtsovsky Posad. The northeastern part of the village includes 14 plots ranging from 18 to 44 acres. The southern side of the sector adjoins an ancient manor house, from which natural terraces descend. Each section of the Rubtsovsky Posad is literally permeated with sunlight, despite the fact that the entire territory of the sector is decorated with mighty bicentennial trees. 

The noble nest.The northern part of the village includes 26 plots ranging from 20 to 52 acres. The territory of the "Noble Nest" is hidden in the shade of tall fluffy pines. Several houses in this sector stand on the "Cape of Love" washed by Malaya Istra, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
