Kamran Residence is a modern, luxury apartment building targeting affluent young couples age 35-45.
It is located in a well-to-do neighborhood in northern Tehran on a plot sized 53 x 24 m (1260 sqm). The building is flanked by immediate neighboring buildings leaving only two main facades at its North and South.
The building itself covers an area of around 9,800 square meters comprising of 10 residential floors above Ground Floor level. The residential units are in various types from generic, single floor units to duplex apartments and a penthouse together with its private roof garden. 
There is also an elegant lobby at the Ground floor level with car parks arranged in three basement levels. A fourth basement level is dedicated to an elegant spa (including a 25x6 meter pool, Jacuzzi and saunas), a gym, a billiard room as well as building support utilities.
The design concept behind this building has been to create a modern edifice with sleek and minimal features benefiting from cutting-edge design and materials both on the facades and in the interior design.
