This is the flagship U.S. location of the successful restaurant chain from London. Situated in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, it is far larger than its U.K. counterparts, taking over the massive Tiger Shulman Karate space on West 19th Street. With over 400 seats, its design takes its main cues from the English brand, while referencing the manufacturing/industrial history of the Chelsea neighborhood. In addition to two floors for dining and private parties, there is a massive kitchen, prep kitchen and a live lobster storage facility. The restaurant has become a massive success and a Times Square location as since been opened.
