The Sustainia Ecohome is built for the Granny offering a tiny smart Life Retreat to relax and use it as a Garden Office  Studio inspired by Grand Design with low cost effective prefabbed home. The garden Office studio is amazing! With a nice Garden studio office and with the perspective of the landscape garden room.

The Granny annex is made in a smart flexible design as multifunctional room that can be transformed into the specific purpose of the specific time. The annexe for the Granny is way of showing how to build a functional annex for the granny and can be use as a garden office building. The choices is yours!

Additionally it provides a sanctuary for the granny as a Sustainia Ecohome Garden Studio. The annex studio is built on top of a terrain garden as a retreat from the daily routines. The space is used smartly in order to achieve functional and flexible use of the studio with indoor kitchen, office and living room in one with view of the garden and upper light windows.
The concept is inspired by Tiny Nation House and Grand Design.

The home is low cost effective with low heating cost and with great perspective of the garden and sky as it has upper bubble windows to enlighten the interior and plan.
