Project manager for the renovation of a duplex apartment with special emphasis on the landscaped/ green roof with a hot tub deck, green roof, and solar trellis.

For the roof garden,  my role included design of the guardrails which are visible from the street (and coordinating LPC approval of the roof at a Public Hearing),  shaping of the main landscape forms including grading and the design of the hard scape (decks, hot tub deck), coordinating the new green roof , design development for most roof elements, meeting all DOB code requirements, and construction administration.
