On a corporate dynamic design office building that sits on what is one of Boca del Rio's most active zones by day and vibrant places to eat at night, whose main metal structure was manufactured in Monterrey, and reassembled in Veracruz in a kind of Lego Building, our studio was invited to transform a non useful terrace into an office extension; taking advantage of the main existing structure, the design opted to up-project the terrace plan to build a roof with the same frame structure language in order to create a glass-box as an added or intersecting element out of the building. The program comprises air-conditioned, electrical / plumbing and a Hunter Douglas R-84 Aluminum Louver to avoid thermal incidence.
