Located in the new Subdivision "Lomas de La Rioja" in the most important urban corridor in Gulf of Mexico "La Riviera Veracruzana" in 3 well located rectangular lots, this complex design dialogues with its neighboring buildings by maintaining a balance in height and geometry, with passive sustainable design solutions each house takes advantage of their orientation with cross ventilation through the whole house, views of the in-front Park and palm-tree lined these last by windows as large glass screens, in this sun-side the open blocks at same time get closed off by a translucent aluminum wooden-finished louver, bringing privacy and blocking out noise and regulating thermal incidence as well.
