Agoura Landmark is a Speculative Commercial Office Warehouse Complex in Agoura California. Upon its completion in 2016, Agoura Landmark will offer twenty-four units across six buildings at a total square footage of 72,230 sq. ft. The project is centered around an old growth oak tree. Special care has been taken to protect this magnificent specimen and all of the oak trees on the sight. Agoura Landmark is my first Project Management experience. I have coordinated efforts between Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Landscape discipline. As of July 2015 this project is in entitlements. Agoura Landmark should break ground late 2015 early 2016.
