Integrating sustainable systems into new residential buildings that allow for great energy efficiency and locating them in innovative and proven urban proposals is one of the major objectives of this project. 

Located in the south area of Parque das Nações in Lisbon, the building seeks to target emerging middle class consumers, with high purchasing power, looking for a contemporary home inserted in a condominium served by a complete range of community services. The forms presented are simple and well delimited, a game of cubic configurations that set the rhythm of the entire building, including its interior composition, where typologies vary between the T3 duplex and T4 duplex.
