This project had as its starting point the south area of Parque das Nações in Lisbon. The idea is to create a tower with a strong visual impact that is seen as a point of reference for the entire area.
With a strong repetitive geometric characterization, the concept arises from the existing relationship between the height and the angles of inclination between each block of the tower, based on the “Fibonacci Sequence”.
The first three floors are offices in an open space system, with an independent entrance from the residential part. On the remaining floors the typologies are divided with a percentage of: 10% T1; 20% T2; 50% T3; 20% T4.
The entire roof of the Tower comes with photovoltaic panels with a total area of 550m2, helping the energy sustainability of the building.
