This custom dining table showcases beautiful grain and natural color. Crafted from wood sourced from a single Big Leaf Maple tree from Independence, Oregon, the table features a 2-inch thick book-matched maple slab top. I added walnut breadboard edges, which are securely pinned to prevent warping and cupping. The table's base uses traditional arts and crafts through tenon joinery, with walnut wedges matching the top breadboard pegs.
