Pioneer is a luxury apartment community in Everett, MA built for explorers, innovators, free-thinkers and pathfinders. The project is a collaboration between 5 award winning development and design firms working toward a singular vision. To build a place where people can live, meet and feel at home .

As the designers of the Amenity space we wanted to build a sense of wonder and excitement - communal areas that invite you to come inside and explore, where one area leads naturally into the next, offering glimpses of what’s hidden within.  Modern design with wood planking and industrial touches, punctuated with charming accents: bright splashes of color, reclaimed wood features, even a canoe hanging from the rafters.
