This project will eventually occupy almost all of a city block located two blocks away from the New Haven Green. Phase One houses 269 residential units and approximately 13,000sf of Amenity space. There will also be a central 10,000 sf on grade courtyard with a pool and associated amenities, as well as a 6,000 sf roof deck with views over New Haven. This building design had many goals including creating a residential oasis in this downtown area while responding to the different Architectural characters of the four streets the building faces. The amenities are comprehensive and in addition to the leasing center will include a golf simulator, music room, state of the art gym, co working spaces as well as media and library rooms.
