BLOOM worked with BGCGH to develop a program, conceptual budget, and preliminary design for a new facility on a new site, teaming with the club to win the RFP for the land parcel. The combined 55,000 sq. ft. program includes a main building with Teen Center, School-Aged Child Care, S.T.E.A.M. spaces, a gymnasium wing, swimming pool wing and locker rooms, and outdoor sports fields for basketball and soccer. The program expands on the existing club’s strengths in performance, music and fitness, providing  learning and tech areas, sports, fitness, dance, drama, e-sports, and arts for all age groups. The new facility will drastically expand the club’s capacity to serve the kids in the region.
