The Tower includes 200 hotel rooms, 216 condominiums and three levels of underground parking. Seven floors of hotel rooms form outreaching podium, and 18 floors of residential rooms sit on top of the hotel podium. SCB’s design provides a forward-looking of the city while acknowledging its proud tradition and context. The glass curtain wall and mullions accentuate the tower’s height, creating an identifiable icon on the skyline.
